Global Trade & Procurement

The physical side of global trade.

Sourcing, procurement, import and export, and supply and distribution, handled end to end by a team that answers for the goods until they arrive.

What we do

01

Sourcing

We identify and vet manufacturers, growers and wholesalers against your specification, and verify each supplier before any money moves.

02

Procurement

We negotiate price, quality and delivery terms on your behalf, place the orders and manage inspection and payment milestones.

03

Import & Export

We handle customs documentation, duties, permits and clearance so shipments move in and out of Nigeria without avoidable delay.

04

Supply & Distribution

We coordinate warehousing and last-mile delivery, and set up repeat supply arrangements for customers who buy on a schedule.

How a trade engagement runs

Every order follows the same four steps, with a named contact and a written update at each one.

  1. 01

    Brief & Scope

You tell us what you need, in what quantity, by when and at what target cost. We confirm specifications, compliance requirements and a realistic timeline.

  2. 02

    Source & Negotiate

We shortlist verified suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate terms, then agree the order with you before committing.

  3. 03

    Move & Clear

We book freight, prepare documentation and manage customs clearance and inspection from origin to destination.

  4. 04

    Deliver & Report

Goods are delivered to your site or warehouse, and you receive a closing report with costs, documents and any lessons for the next order.
